3 T. butter
2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. water
pkg.Long Grain
pkg. Wild Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute the sliced mushrooms in the butter in a skillet
2. Add the water and contents of both packages from Riceland Long Grain and Wild Rice [seasoned]
3. Bring to a boil
4. Turn heat to low and cover tightly
5. Simmer over low heat about 25 minutes or until water is absorbed
