"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

The favorite thing I liked to have as a kid was chocolate chip cookies with cold milk & watching Star Trek. Kay / Kathryn would make them just as the show would come on. Fresh cookies, cold milk and Star Trek what could be better. A great childhood!
