2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped (1 large)
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 15 oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can baked beans
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. pasta sauce (w/ garlic/herbs)
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan, cook ground beef, onion, sweet pepper and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain fat.
2. Stir in kidney beans, undrained tomatoes, baked beans, ketchup, pasta sauce, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, basil and black pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
