1 cooked boneless ham
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 c. orange marmalade or apricot jam

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Place ham in roasting pan and cover with lid or tin foil.
3. Bake for 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
4. Combine mustard, cloves, maple syrup and marmalade. Mix well. In the last 1/2 hour, baste ham with the glaze. Do not cover again. Return to oven.
5. When cooked, remove ham from pan and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
