1 lb hamburger
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (or more ... my husband likes plenty so I often use 1 Tbsp.)
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Mix ingredients. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. (Using a meatballer works well.)
3. Please on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 mins. until light brown.

Add meatballs to spaghetti sauce, sweet-and-sour sauce or Alfredo sauce.
