Ingredients:  
1 doz. Eggs, boiled
1 lb. sharp cheddar, grated
Sm. Onion, diced
½ lb. bacon, fried and drained, crumbled
2 t.Worcestershire sauce
1 T. spicy mustard or Dijon
½ t. Tobasco
¼ t. garlic powder
Pepper to taste
mayo (to chicken salad consistency)
Parmesan cheese
Sliced tomatoes
English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all but last 3 ingredients. Spread on English muffins. Can be frozen at this point.

Top with tomato slices and Parmesan cheese. Bake until bubbly and hot.
