6 thin veal cutlets (approximately 1 1/2 lb)
dash of salt
dash of pepper
6 thin slices cooked ham
1 (6 oz) pkg Kraft Natural Swiss Cheese Slices
margarine
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 (10 oz) can condensed beef consomme
1/4 tsp basil

Directions:
Directions:
Season cutlets and top each with a slice of ham and cheese. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Brown in margarine and place in a casserole. Add flour and onions to margarine in skillet. Stir in consommé and basil and simmer 5 min. Pour over veal and cover. Bake at 350ºF for 30 min.
