4 – 5 lb. boneless beef roast
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic
5 c. water
1 large onion sliced
¼ c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet
1 (1¼ oz pkg.) dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion until lightly browned in butter. Combine soy sauce, garlic, Kitchen Bouquet, soup mix and water. Place roast in Dutch oven. Add soy sauce mixture and onions. Cover lightly and bake at 325* until tender. About 3 hours. Remove from pan and let stand 20 minutes. Slice roast thinly and put back in juice. May be served as main dish or on buns & dipped in the Au Jus.
