1/2 c chopped onion
3 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/3 c Kraft Mayonnaise
1/2 lb Velveeta Pastueurized Process Cheese cubed
1 (12 oz) pkg frozen peas cooked and drained
3 hard cooked eggs sliced
1 1/2 c cooked chicken cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly sauté onion in margarine and blend in flour, milk and seasonings. Blend in mayonnaise and cheese and heat until cheese melts and cook until sauce is thickened. Add peas, eggs and chicken. Heat thoroughly. Serve on toast or on rice.
