Ingredients:  
1/2 lb. chicken livers, punctured well with fork
2-3 T. butter
1 small onion, chopped very fine
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2-3 T. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic to taste, either fresh or from jar
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped very fine

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken livers in butter with salt pepper, Worcestershire, onion, and garlic until done. Mash liver mixture with egg. Add water to pan to scrape up browns. Add and mix well with liver paste, adding more liquid if necessary. Press into mold or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
