18 eggs
1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
1 1/2 to 2 lbs cheese [about shredded Velveeta for melting and the rest can be Jack, Cheddar or any combination
1 pkg. shredded hashbrowns

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown the choice of meat
2. Drain the meat
3. Fry the hashbrowns
4. Make light scrambled eggs and keep them fluffy as they will continue to cook in the crock pot
5. Layer the meat, hashbrowns, eggs and cheese in crockpot
6. Heat to melt the cheese
7. May need to turn crock pot off periodically so it does not dry out
