1oz. Dry yeast
1tsp. sugar
¼ cup warm water
2 cups flour
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st 3 ing. Till dissolved. Add next 6 ing. (Add more flour if needed) let rise till double in size. Shape into balls and let rise again till double. Fry in deep oil till brown (if oil to hot outside will turn brown and inside will be raw). Inject jelly or other filling with pastry bag.
