½ c. Rolled oats
2¼ c. All purpose flour
1½ tsp. b.s.
½ tsp. Salt
1 c. Marg. Soften (2 sticks)
¾ c. Brown sugar (firmly packed)
¾ c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Lemon juice (optional)
2 eggs
3 c. Semi sweet choc. Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Grind oats till fine. Combine dry ing. Cream marg., sugar, vanilla and lemon juice add eggs and beat till fluffy. Combine dry ing.
Mix well
Bake a 350º for 16-18 min.
