7 eggs separated
1 c flour
¼ c oil
1 c sugar
1 t baking powder
1 T lemon juice

Filling:
Topping
¼ confections sugar
Strawberry extract
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites – add yellow parts one at a time. Add the rest of the ingredients alternating between wet and dry

Bake on a cookie sheet with wax paper

Bake at 350º for ½ hour

On a towel sprinkle confectioners’ sugar and roll up jelly roll style
