Margarine Mixture:
1 C Flour
4 sticks Margerine

Dough:
4 C flour
3 eggs
2-3 T vinager with water = 1 Cup
½ C Sugar
Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients well

Filling:
1 Whip – 16 oz
1 vanilla pudding – instant
Vanilla sugar

Beat Margarine mixture ingredients until creamy and smooth.

Combine Dough ingredients and knead into dough. Roll dough big and thing – spread the margarine mixture. Fold the dough into 3 – like folding a paper into an envelope. Roll out again and again until finish the margarine mixture

Divide dough into 4 parts

Freeze dough at least overnight – the longer the better

Don’t defrost too much – roll out thin and bake over upside down pan – poke holes in a few places

Bake at 300Ί for a ½ hour

Fill with the whip mixture and the dust the top with confectioners sugar.
