1/2 c margarine
1/3 c sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 c flour

1 (8 oz) pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 c sliced peeled apples
1/4 c sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour. Spread dough onto bottom and sides of 9" spring form pan. Combine softened cream cheese and sugar and mix well. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Pour into pastry-lined pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Toss apples in sugar mixture. Spoon mixture over cream cheese layer and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 450ºF for 10 min. Reduce heat to 400ºF and continue baking 25 min. Cool before removing from of pan.
