Garlic
Shallots
Ham
Butter
Cream
Chicken Stock
Salt/Pepper

Cut the leaves of the Swiss Chard off the rib, then cut them into appx 2 X 2 pieces. Cut Ham into 1/2 inch dice. In a braiser or crock pot, heat up butter, do not let brown. Add Ham and brown a bit, not too much. Add shallots and garlic and sweat for about a minute. Add Swiss Chard, Cream, and Chicken Stock. Cover and let simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain half of the liquid before plating and then serve.
