2 1/4 lbs. ground beef
2 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 bottle ketchup
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper in a skillet, drain off excess fat. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put into a large ovenproof Dutch oven. Bake, covered at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours. To serve, spoon over toasted hamburger buns. 16 servings.
