2 c sugar
1 c oil
2 c grated zucchini
3 t vanilla
Mix Well

3 c flour
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1/4 baking powder
3 t cinnamon
Mix Well

1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
chopped nuts
Mix

Preheat oven to 350º. Prep 2 loaf pans 9x5. Bake.
