2 TBS Oil
2 TBS Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a cup. This should cover 1 to 2 pounds of meat. Cut your meat of choice against the grain, into strips. Marinate in a ziploc bag or glass dish for 2 to 3 hours. Saute' meat in skillet.
I also like to marinate the peppers and onions in a separate ziploc bag (2 peppers and 1 large onion). It takes a separate recipe of the marinade for the vegetables.
