2 Tablespoons yeast
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 ½ Cup warm water
3 ½ Cup flour
1 Tablespoon salt
2 Cup hot water
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 egg Beaten
Kosher Salt for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in warm water. add the flour and salt. Mix well. Divide the dough into 8 parts and form pretzels. Combine the water and baking Powder. Dip the pretzels into the baking powder mixture and brush with egg and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 15 minutes
