1/2 cup flour
1 lb. scallops
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp thyme
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup drawn butter
1/2 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge scallops in flour. Heat oil in large skillet, with butter add crushed garlic and brown. As soon as garlic browns add scallops and saute until lightly colored. Add thyme and wine at last minute.
