1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce or tamari, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, water, green onion, cilantro, sesame seeds, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
