1 c. butter, room temperature
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, room temperature
3 c. flour
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Butter and flour bundt pan. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs 1 at at time, beating 1 minute after each. Add flour and milk alternatively with cream. Mix well and add vanilla.
Put in cold oven and turn oven to 300 degrees and bake 1 hr 20 min. to 1 hr 30 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from oven.
