5 lb. w/w flour
1 1/3 cup sugar – (3/4 ok also)
Little less than cup of oil
5 pkg. yeast (1 ¼ oz)
6 + cups of water
3 Tablespoons Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and knead into a dough. Let rise for an hour and punch down. Allow to rise for another hour. braid challah then put into a cold oven. Bake on 375º for about 45 minutes
