Ingredients:  
4 pcs. eggplant cut into 4 diagonally or 5 pcs of round eggplant (talong) cut into 4
10 pcs of okra cut into 3
2 cups of sliced green beans
5 pcs tomatoes, chopped
1 onion cut into 4
ginger (size of thumb) chopped
bagging (shrimp paste) diluted in 1 cup water
1 tsp of used oil
pork cutlets (seasoned with salt and pepper)
shrimp (peeled)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the pork cutlets and set aside. Crush and spread the tomatoes on the bottom of the casserole dish. Add the ginger and onion, spreading evenly. Add okra and eggplant.
Pour the used oil and bagoong mixture. Add pork and shrimp.
Cover casserole and toss the ingredients until well blended. Cover and cook in low fire.
