2 lbs pork belly
5 cloves of garlic pounded
5 pcs bay leaves
1/2 cup soy sauce
1-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate pork belly, soy sauce, bay leaves & garlic for at least 1 hour in a pan or wok. Turn on the stove. Add water and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Turn off the stove and remove marinate (sauce) leaving the meat, garlic and bay leaves in the wok. Turn on the stove to medium heat, add cooking oil and stir fry the meat in the wok for 5-10 minutes.

Serve with hot rice.
