1 pound pasta
˝ cup ricotta
3 Tbs olive oil
˝ pound French green beans – trimmed and halved lengthwise
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp salt
˝ tsp pepper

1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 lemon, jested

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta – drain and reserve 1 cup of liquid. Transfer pasta to large bowl and add ricotta cheese.

In a large skillet warm olive oil - add green beans garlic, salt, pepper and sauté for 4 minutes. Add liquid from pasta and cook until tender, about 4 more minutes. Add pasta to pan and toss to combine. Add tomatoes and gently toss. Top with lemon zest.
