4 deboned chicken breasts
1 jar Alfredo Sauce + 1/2 jar water
sliced mushrooms and bell peppers
nutmeg
angel hair spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and peppers til done. While they are sautéing, boil water and cook pasta. Drain.
In the pot you cooked the pasta in, mix cooked pasta and cooked veggies with the jar of alfredo sauce, thinned with water.
Pour pasta into pyrex pan. Top with the 4 raw chicken breasts. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parmesan.
Bake casserole at 350º for approximately 40 minutes till bubbly.

This used to be a favorite on Christmas Eve with the red and green peppers and white sauce. In those days, you had to de-bone the chicken and make the sauce from scratch! It took all day. Much easier and just as tasty with this shortcut edition!
