Personal Notes:
Why is this drink called The Naked Captain? Jay and I are from Colorado and in 2009, I asked my husband, “Would you like to sell everything, buy a sailboat and sail around the world?” He said sure! At this point, we didn’t know the first thing about sailing, so I began to wonder how we should get started. Well, DH (darling husband) comes to me about two weeks later and told me he had been thinking, I was so excited to hear about what class, book, video or blog he had found to share with me...but instead he said “When we are in the middle of the ocean, I can be naked on the boat”. SAY WHAT?? After two weeks, this is what you come up with? Naked on the boat??
When I created my boat drink, I knew it had to be Captain Morgan and so the Naked Captain came into being!! I promise, Jay will not be naked when I serve this drink. I make no guarantees though if more than 6 shots are used that no-one will be naked!!
