2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (3 pound) boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed
ground black pepper to taste
1 pinch seasoned salt, or to taste
1 pinch onion powder, or to taste
2 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning
1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Brown roast on all sides in the hot oil; season with pepper, seasoned salt, and onion powder. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of the Montreal Steak seasoning

Set two of the onion slices on the bottom of the pot and set the roast on top of them. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, add the 2nd tsp of Montreal Steak seasoning and 2 Bay leaves. Lay the rest of the onion on the roast and seal the lid. Set the cooker for 99 min and let it cook.

Release the pressure and remove the roast to a plate. Strain the broth and return it to the pot. Whisk in 3 Tbls of flour and use the Saute setting to let it thicken to a nice gravy.
