Bottom Layer
1 C. Flour
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Butter

Top Layer
1 C. Brown Sugar
2Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt
12 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs (Beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom Layer:
Preheat oven to 350˚. Stir together 1 cup flour and ½ cup brown sugar.
Work in 1/2 cup butter until the mixture has a pie crust consistency.
Pat mixture into bottom of a buttered 9x13” baking pan and bake at 350˚. Until slightly brown .
While crust is baking, prepare top layer.

Top Layer:
Mix together 1 cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla, ¼ salt, 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips and 2 eggs beaten.
Pour and Spread this Mixture evenly over bottom layer in pan.
Bake at 350˚ until brown – 20 to 25 min.

When cool, cut into bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
