2 large ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and diced
1 red onion, diced
1 medium sweet pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1-2 limes
(Optional: hot pepper of choice, finely chopped/sweeten with agave, honey or brown sugar)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Serve as a salad or to top grilled meat or fish.
