1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 to 1 cup peanut butter
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Drop by spoonful's onto baking sheet.
Use a fork to make design on cookie (dip fork in flour)
Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.


Can substitute 1 cup of oatmeal instead of peanut butter for oatmeal cookies.
