2 tbsp. salt
4-6 quarts boiling water
1 lb. fettucine (fresh)
1/2 lb / 1 cup butter
2 cups freshly ground Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup cream (room temperature)

Directions:
Directions:
Ad salt to boiling water. Gradually add noodles and continue to boil until tender, drain.
Place butter in saucepan, over low heat to melt. Add cheese and cream, just to heat through. Pour over noodles and toss thoroughly.
Sprinkle fresh ground pepper on top & parmesan cheese.

Can also add your favourite coloured bell pepper, spinach, grilled chicken or shrimp etc. as desired.
