2 14 oz. cans condensed milk
2 14 oz. cans of milk
6 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
lime/lime zest
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar in skillet and caramelize. Once caramelized pour into a 9 in. cake pan and spread. Mix all other ingredients together. Place the cake pan on a cookie sheet and pour the mixture into the cake pan. Pour water into the cookie sheet surrounding the cake pan. Bake at 350º. Set timer for 45 minutes and check every 10 minutes with toothpick until toothpick comes out dry. Cool and place in fridge until chilled.

Run butter knife around edge and flip onto a plate.
