2- 8oz blocks cream cheese
3- tbsp. sour cream
2- pkg. of taco seasoning
shredded lettuce
chopped black olives
chopped green peppers
chopped tomatoes
4- cups shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sour cream together till smooth, add taco seasoning. Spread on large glass dish ...top with lettuce, green onion. Spread tomatoes and black olives on next. Top with cheddar cheese...use any corn chip you desire.
Best part of this is that you can add more or less topping to the base. This depends on your taste , kids love it.
I recommend using disposable 9x13 aluminum pan if taking to a party or picnic. It can be split into 2 round cake pans.
