Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large can of Green beans
2 slices of bacon
1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
Red potatoes, cut into chunks ... 1 or 2 depending on how many you like
Tony's season salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, over med/low fire, cook the bacon until the fat starts to render. Add onion and turn fire down low and cover with lid. Let the onion sweat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and continue sweat with lid on. Once the onion is translucent add the beans, with whatever juice was in the can (add water if needed). Use a wooden spoon to rub the bacon stuff from the bottom of the pan. (Using a wooden spoon will help dissolve the 'stuff', instead of just scrapping it up in chunks ..... like a metal spoon would do.) Add potatoes and turn the fire down to a simmer and put a lid on an simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Once the potatoes are cooked its ready.
