Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c, brown sugar, packed
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Put the margarine, brown sugar and corn syrup in a sauce pan. On medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. After mixture comes to a boil, quit stirring and let it gently boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes is up, remove from heat and add the baking soda and cream of tartar. Make sure you are using a large container because the soda and tartar will make the mixture grow. Stir vigorously. In a large container mix the mixture over the popcorn until well coated. Spread on cookie sheets and put in a 200 degree oven for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
