1 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
3 Tbsp melted butter
Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg.
In a separate bowl, combing dry ingredients.
Add egg, melted butter and enough buttermilk to achieve a nice consistency.
Heat griddle or skillet until a water droplet "dances".
Spoon batter in 1/4 cup increments onto hot surface.
When the pancakes start to bubble, flip to brown the other side.
Serve warm with real maple syrup.
