6 ounces orzo, uncooked
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 green onions, sliced thinly
salt and pepper to taste

Cook orzo in a large pot of salted, boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water, set aside. Combine the lemon juice, yogurt, honey, garlic and olive oil in the bowl of a small food processor, pulse until well combined. (Alternatively you can whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until totally mixed) Place the tomatoes, feta cheese, kalamata olives, chickpeas and green onions in a large bowl add in the drained pasta. Pour over enough dressing to coat, then toss to combine. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Serve room temperature or slightly chilled.
