½ cup oil
1 ½ cup of sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas (very ripe, large size)
2 cups flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp soda into ⅓ cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Alternate flour and soda mixture.
Pour into 2 large (or 3 small) greased, loaf pans.
Bake @ 325º for 40-45 minutes.
Test with a toothpick.

This recipe came from the mother of one of my piano students.
