Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c chopped onion
1 tbsp parsley
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sweet basil
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
9 lasagne noodles
2 large packages shredded mozzarella cheese (or lactose free)
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º.
Cook noodles; drain.
In a medium skillet, brown meat, onion, parsley, oregano, salt, basil, & pepper.
Add tomato sauce and paste.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon small amount of meat sauce to cover bottom of a 2 qt. oblong baking dish.
Layer 1/3 noodles, sauce and cheese.
Repeat layering procedure.
Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
