1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large box instant chocolate pudding (can use 1 small chocolate and 1 small vanilla - blended together)
1 large container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer - Crust - Mix flour, butter and pecans. Put in 9x13 pan and pat out evenly on bottom. Bake at 350º until golden brown – approximately 20 minutes.
2nd Layer - Filling - Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar and spread over the baked crust.
3rd Layer - Pudding - Fix according to directions on the box and spread over 2nd layer.
4th Layer - Topping - Spread the Cool Whip over the pudding layer then decorate with chocolate shavings and/or chopped pecans.
