1/2 cup Crisco shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1-3/4 cup flour
Approximately 45 kisses or Reese cups

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars, add egg and milk. Add rest of ingredients. Roll dough in small balls and roll in sugar.

Used ungreased cookie sheets for Kiss cookies.
Spray small tart pans for Reese cups.

Bake at 375º for 11-13 minutes. Put Kisses on top and press down, cookie will crack a little. For Reese cups, press down as soon as they come out of the oven.

Let chocolate reset before moving or stacking.
