Fish ( any type)I usually use 1 bag of frozen tilapia
Chicken broth ( 1 container)
Rotel ( 1 can)
Chili powder 2 tbsp
Onions ( what you prefer)
Rice
French bread
Butter (1 stick)

Directions:
Directions:
start with a deep cooking pan, deep enough for soup. Heat pan with stick of butter and add fish ( start cooking rice while fish is cooking). Once fish is tender smash with fork to make small pieces add chicken broth,chili powder, rotel, and onions. let simmer for 10 mins and then it should be done.
slice your French bread and brown in pan.

At this time the rice should be done.

place your rice and soup mixture in a soup bowl and add French bread to the side and enjoy!
