1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup finely chopped peanuts
1 cup icing sugar

Coating:
4 squares semi sweet chocolate
2 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, peanuts and icing sugar. Form into balls 1" in diameter. Chill in fridge for 1/2 hour.

Melt chocolate and peanut butter in microwave. Roll chilled balls in chocolate mixture; place on wax paper. Chill in fridge for 1/2 hour and store in plastic container in fridge.
