6 large onions peeled
1 (4 1/2 oz) can mushroom pieces drained
1/4 c margarine
1 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
1/2 c cheez whiz pasteurized process cheese spread
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in boiling water about 15 min and drain. Cool. Scoop out centers of onions leaving 1/2" shell. Chop onion removed from center. Cook onion and mushrooms in margarine until tender. Add bread crumbs, cheese spread and seasonings and mix well. Fill onion shells and bake at 350ºF 35 to 40 min.
