2 pork tenderloins (about 3/4 pounds each)
1-inch piece fresh ginger, pealed and minced
1 jalapeņo, seeded and minced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/3 cup honey
3 Tbs. soy sauce
3 Tbs. sesame oil
1 large garlic clove minced

Directions:

Place pork tenderloins in a heavy plastic bag. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Add to the bag with the pork. Seal bag and refrigerate a few hours or preferably overnight.
Place tenderloins over medium-hot coals and grill 10-20 minutes, turning once

A friend gave me this recipe back in 1996. It has stood the test of time because it is still one of my most used marinades. When serving it I have used different toppings like a mango salsa or an Asian barbecue sauce. Coleslaw is a great side dish.
