1 pound shaved brussell sprouts..
3 oz. shallots finely chopped..
6 sliced of center cut bacon, chopped..
1 t fresh thyme leaves, chopped..
2 oz. Gruyere cheese, shredded, about 1/4 cup..
1/2 cup Bertolli Alfredo Sauce..

Directions:
If you can not purchase shaved brussell sprouts, but only whole sprouts, cut stems and remove outer leaves, now cut sprouts in half and cut thinly..
Chop shallots finely..
Preheat large sauce pan, add chopped bacon and cook until crisp, remove from pan and reserve 2 T of bacon fat...
Add brussell sprouts and shallots and cook until sprouts until tender
Remove thyme leaves from stems add to sprouts, add the Alfredo sauce, the shredded cheese and bacon to sprouts mix well and heat until cheese is melted.....
Serve and ENJOY!
